"Looking up at Mauna Kahalawai from Lahaina Harbor is always a thrill for me. Although the Pioneer Mill sugar cane is no longer on the hills, they manage to stay green most of the year anyway. The old Court House behind the Harbor was built in 1852, and the Banyan Tree around it was planted in 1875. Lahaina is a nice old town! Bawdy, but nice."
